El Poblet is situated in Denia on the Mediterranean coast of Spain in the Costa Blanca region. It's the ideal location for a relaxing break.

It’s a traditionally styled, air conditioned, two bedroom villa in a small development, surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens and a shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is of a good size and has a separate shallow area at one end, suitable for small children.

The gardens are securely enclosed within a perimeter fence and have several species of trees including various palms, olive trees and mimosa. Throughout most of the year flowering plants such as bougainvillea and hibiscus provide an abundance of colour.

The Mediterranean is literally just across the road (approx 200 yards) with a long sandy beach. Between the beach and the house is a small parade of shops, including a well-stocked supermarket, and a number of bars and restaurants.
