The villa has a large, well furnished sitting room/dining room from which the front door leads on to a tiled patio, with outdoor table and chairs, looking over the gardens and pool. It's the perfect spot for an evening drink or Bar-B-Q

There is a well-equipped kitchen including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave.  Outside the kitchen is a laundry area with washing machine. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The first floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed, large built-in wardrobe and other solid pine furniture in a traditional Spanish style. Leading off the main bedroom through shuttered french windows is a large tiled balcony looking over the gardens and pool.

The second bedroom is twin-bedded and also has a large built-in wardrobe with ample hanging and shelf space.

The fully tiled bathroom has a separate purpose-built shower as well as a bath, large washbasin and wc.
