El Poblet is a little over one mile along the coast road from the town of Denia.

The town is a flourishing fishing port and has a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and markets. It's perfect for an evening stroll or a meal out. It retains many fine old buildings, not least its historic castle which is built into the hill which overlooks the town.

Behind Denia and El Poblet is a range of spectacular mountains of which one of the nearest and most impressive is Mt Montgo.

There is a range of sporting facilities nearby including a variety of excellent golf courses (La Sella and Oliva Nova to name two), horse riding, boat trips, Aqualandia Waterpark is approx 30/40 mins drive along the coast and a tennis court on the complex.
